Dear Valued Client
Last night our president, Cyril Ramaphosa, declared a 21 day lockdown period as a precautionary measure towards flattening the curve of the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
We received word this morning that the court services have been designated as one of the 18 “Essential Services” for our beautiful country.
It is impossible to know to what extent the court service will operate or what this will look like at this stage and whether we can give you business as usual as far as the court is concerned.
As mentioned previously, our staff are fully equipped to work remotely, without disruption to our valued clients. Our staff will remain at their posts and the telephone number and email addresses will be functioning.
We assure you of our best attention to your matter and we will endeavor to maintain the highest standards of service while working earnestly with the various role players i.e. upper and lower courts, Deeds Office, sheriffs and others, in these circumstances. We are in the hands of technical support and the legal personnel upon whom our legal framework operates. We ask for your patience and best co-operation during this time.
Our clients, service providers, staff and all the respective families remain our utmost concern.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will keep you posted of developments as the situation evolves.
Yours faithfully
